Grant Kosior brings more than 35 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to Vitae Medical Concierge. In 2010, he founded Global Ag Risk Solutions (GARS), an innovative Canadian agricultural risk management company that developed private insurance and margin protection solutions for farmers across North America.

Grant’s passion for healthcare advocacy is deeply personal. After facing cancer himself and undergoing surgery in the United States, he experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the healthcare system and find the right specialists when time matters most. That journey shaped his belief that every patient deserves a trusted advocate who can help them access the best expertise available.

Mylena Medeiros is a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology with extensive experience in higher education, healthcare, research, and entrepreneurship across both Canada and Brazil. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and compassionate patient care, while also contributing to academic research and building ventures focused on innovation in health and education.

As a Co-Founder of Vitae Medical Concierge, Mylena combines her academic expertise with a deep commitment to helping patients access world-class medical care beyond geographical boundaries. She believes that every individual deserves timely access to the best specialists, innovative treatments, and personalized guidance when facing complex medical decisions.
